FACE Conference 2003: LEARNING LINK SCOTLAND & ITS MEMBERS

Shirley Grieve - Learning Link Scotland

Learning Link Scotland is the intermediary body for voluntary organisations engaged in adult learning in Scotland.   It exists to promote, support, and develop the voluntary adult learning sector.

Doreen Wales - Glasgow Simon Community BUDS Project

Glasgow Simon Community BUDS Project offers personal development support and person centred lifelong learning opportunities. BUDS works with people who are homeless or who have recently been homeless.

Matthew Gibson - CA(i)RE Project

CA(i)RE is a community based organisation that provides adult learning opportunities and support for carers.

John Rogers - Parent Network Scotland

Parent Network Scotland is a voluntary agency that delivers parenting courses for parents all over Scotland and training for those working with families.

Fiona Forsyth - Rosemount Lifelong Learning Project

Rosemount Lifelong Learning is a childcare, training and adult education centre that works in the North Glasgow Social Inclusion Partnership area.   It is currently involved in a three year collaborative research programme.

Heather Yang - Adult Student Link

Adult Student Link in Edinburgh provides personal support to adult students on any learning plan.
